Our Story
Jill Carroll is the Lash Guru of Raleigh!! She graduated from Miller-Motte College as a Certified Aesthetician, Make-up Artist, and Certified Lash Medical Grade Eyelash Extension Clinician.
Jill uses her expertise, attention to detail, and extensive training to provide her clients with state-of-the art medical and aesthetic procedures in conjunction with the most innovative beauty technologies. Jill strives to meet and exceed all of your beauty goals, and ensures that each of her clients leave her care feeling relaxed & rejuvenated.

Reservations can be made online via Booksy. Please also review our cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive allotted amount of time and depending on how late, client may be asked to reschedule and will be responsible for either a $50 late fee or for full service fees.
Cancellations
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge up to 100% of the reserved service amount at aestheticians discretion.
- NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability.
- Terms agreed upon at completion of booking.
